fix(angular): remove deprecated standaloneConfig from generators (#30578 )

## Current Behavior
The `standaloneConfig` option has long been deprecated as it is the only
behaviour that Nx now provides.
Using it is a no-op.

## Expected Behavior
Remove the `standaloneConfig` option.
