## Current Behavior

Our `@nx/vite` package has a peer dep on `vite@^5.0.0` but we only
install `vite@~5.0.0` creating a conflict in dependencies.


## Expected Behavior
<!-- This is the behavior we should expect with the changes in this PR

The version we install should match the peerDep range we specify in the
package.json
